FAQs about our Pre-school program

 

 

Where is the school located?

Our campus is located on the border of Vero Beach and Fort Pierce just eight minutes from our Vero Beach Center. All classrooms in one building with three playgrounds and green space for PE.

What ages may be enrolled?

We are welcoming learners ages 3-5.

 

What is the size of the pre-school classrooms?

The learner to staff ratio will be no more than 12:1 and as low as 6:1.

 

Are uniforms required?

Uniforms are optional. Our logo will be made available at a local shop for you to bring a polo style or t-shirt in and have our logo printed on it. We will also be releasing a parent store where you can purchase online.

 

Will meals be provided?

Not at this time.

 

Will Speech/OT/ABA services be permitted in the learning center?

Yes! All Speech and OT service providers will be welcomed into our classrooms. Our sister company, Piece of the Puzzle Behavior Analysis will be our exclusive ABA therapy provider. Additionally, our teachers will collaborate on all outside services on an ongoing basis to best support all students.

 

What makes Bumblebee Academy pre-school different?

Bumblebee Academy welcomes learners of all abilities and teaches with a concentration on inclusion and kindness. Classroom teachers will receive ongoing training and support that will allow them to better teach and support each child in their small classroom environment.

 

What is the investment for my child to attend Bumblebee Academy pre-school?

 

Tuition: (items below included)

• Instructional Materials, nap mats, bedding and laundry

• Electives: Art, Physical Education, Social Skills

• Technology: Learning programs and Parent Communication System

Pre-K 3:               $185 per week

Pre-K 4:               $175 per week

 

Required Fees: (all fees listed are per student and non-refundable)

• Initial Registration Fee:                                                                                             $125

• Returning Student Registration Fee:                                                                 $60/year

 

Payment Options:

 

All families will be required to sign up for weekly autopay. Payment will be deducted each week on Friday for the following week.

• Sibling Discount: A 5% sibling discount is given to families that have multiple siblings enrolled concurrently at Bumblebee Academy. The discount only applies to tuition and not to any other fees. The oldest sibling is not eligible for the 5% discount. 

• Active-duty Military, Veterans, First Responder (Police & Fire) Discount: 10% discount will be applied for tuition only
